I will ignore the first statement for the most part, but it clearly demonstrates a mindset that is doomed for repeated failure.   Failing is OK, but not when you fail over and over again for the same reason.
The second statement clearly demonstrates an attitude that I find in many people in this region.  If we see a problem, we can either complain about it – hoping someone else will fix it – or we can stand up, take a risk, and make a difference.  You gotta love the guts and vision of many people in this area!
This lady has already started pulling together an incredibly strong team of women to address the needs of women entrepreneurs and small business owners in northern Nevada.  There is a huge need and it is very impressive when someone puts a stake in the ground and WILL make a difference.  Congratulations to them!
