How to Become a Sponsor

It is important to our community that we encourage, support and celebrate the creation of dynamic new businesses. They bring more high-paying jobs for residents and graduates of local schools. They stimulate new ideas. They diversify our economic base. They bring exciting new products and services to our community. They create new customers for local vendors and service providers.

As a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization, CUBE will create jobs. CUBE will utilize its extensive local, national, and world-wide network to give Clients greater opportunities for joint product and business developments with the intent to leverage the many benefits that access to multiple markets and cross-border product integrations can offer while taking advantage of the many benefits from operating in Northern Nevada. Clients of CUBE will require support from the Northern Nevada community in banking, legal, education, housing, and many other service industries. CUBE intends to encourage a live-work-play environment and partner with the community to foster a successful and sustainable business model for on-going business development and job creation.

We seek sponsorship for our programs and our current and future Clients. Your help is limited only by your imagination. Anything from grants, scholarships, seed funding, services-in-kind, product/materials donations, gifts, awards, etc.

Sponsors and Value: (Annual Commitment)

Individuals:

$500 and Up:

• You will be listed in Directory
• Invitation, at special reduced rates, to all events
• Membership Card
• CUBE can customize a programs for larger individual donations.

Corporations:

Benefactor Level: $1,000 to 2,500 CUBE will:

• Place name in Sponsor and Service Provider Directory and on CUBE Website
• Podium introduction at events
• Invitation, at special reduced rates, to all events
• Log on wall in reception area
• Place company logo (size x) on banner at events.
• Benefactor Membership Card

Gavel Level: $5,000 CUBE will:

• Place name in Sponsor and Service Provider Directory and on CUBE Website
• Provide access to Client Directory and periodic opportunity to address CUBE Client audience
• Place company logo (size 1.5x) on CUBE event material and banner
• VIP invitation to all events (2)
• Logo on wall in reception area
• Podium introduction at events
• Gavel Membership Card

Podium Level: $10,000 (Max 2 per industry) CUBE will:

• Place name in Sponsor and Service Provider Directory and on CUBE Website
• Provide access to Client Directory and periodic opportunity to address CUBE Client audience
• Place company logo (size 2x) on CUBE event material and banner
• VIP Invitation to all events (4)
• Logo on wall in reception area
• Podium introduction at events
• Publicly promote Sponsor and extend appreciation at events
• Podium Membership Card

Director Level: $25,000 (Only 1 per industry) CUBE will:

• Place name in Sponsor and Service Provider Directory and on CUBE Website
• Provide access to Client Directory and periodic opportunity to address CUBE Client audience
• Place company logo (Size 3x) on CUBE event material
• VIP invitation to all events (8)
• Publicly promote Sponsor and extend appreciation at events.
• Logo on wall in reception area
• Serve as key sponsor of one event per year
• Room at the CUBE named in their honor
• Director Membership Card

Service Providers Sponsorship

In addition to offering annual Sponsorship Programs above, C4CUBE offers various levels of support.  Service Providers can choose from various venues and be directly engaged with clients of C4CUBE.  General, these may include financial support with corresponding benefits and/or selected services provided at discount costs or free to the clients of C4CUBE.  These levels are:

1. For Service Providers who donate general financial support to C4CUBE:
   • C4CUBE will offer them the first right of refusal to promote specialized services to our Clients
   • C4CUBE will offer them the first right of refusal to potentially take equity in selected Clients
   • C4CUBE will support the Service Provider to generate new business for their companies
2. For Service Providers who donate financial support to C4CUBE for periodic events:
   • C4CUBE will offer access to our Clients on a regular basis to promote their specialized services
   • C4CUBE will support the Service Provider to generate new business for their companies
3. For Service Providers who donate their time and efforts to provide educational seminars to C4CUBE Clients:
   • C4CUBE will promote the educational sessions to our Clients and provide a forum for Clients to meet and network with the Service Provider

About

C4CUBE consists of two dynamic customer driven companies focused at creating jobs, increasing fundable deal flows, and building those new companies into sustainable business entities. The Center for Unique Business Enterprises (CUBE), which is a non-profit, privately funded business incubator located in Reno, NV, will assist in the development of early stage businesses by providing a broad range of support and services, which will enable the client companies to become successful, self-sustaining enterprises.
